Frozen Durian Seedless
We select “Mon Thong” genuine specie with ripeness 85-100%. Taken through the cleaning process, tear off the rind and freeze the flesh durian under temperature -40oC and keep in cold storage with temperature -20oC. Then tear off the seed and repeat the process to freeze with temperature -40oC and -20oC to maintain the quality of flesh durian.
